We are so excited for the 23-24 school year to begin and to see you all tomorrow for Open House! 

Just a reminder that last names beginning with letters A – L are scheduled to come from 9am – 11am, and last names beginning with letters M – Z are scheduled to come from 1pm – 3pm.

-Evansdale Elementary Information (2 pages)

-Student Health Information Form (2 pages - must be submitted to teacher)

-Bus Rider Agreement Form (must be submitted to teacher)

-Meal Application/SchoolCafe (all families must complete – no cash will be accepted)

-Chromebook User Agreement QR Code (must complete)

-Hot Spot User Agreement (only complete if a Hot Spot is needed)

-Seesaw Directions (only needed if you are not connected to Seesaw)

-First Responders for Families (3 pages)

-Evansdale Student Technology Guide (2 pages)

-Carpool Maps (2 pages)

If you cannot come to Open House tomorrow, please come to drop off supplies and meet your child’s teacher on Thursday, August 3 from 1pm – 3pm.

We are in the process of having our building painted (hooray!) so please excuse any unpainted or primed walls.
